At Cloud Kent, every piece is made with purpose. Before purchasing, please read this policy carefully — our products are rare, limited, and created with deep artistic intention.

⚠️ Original Paintings — ALL SALES FINAL

Every original painting is a 1-of-1 work of art. There is no other one like it in the world. Because of the singular, irreplaceable nature of these pieces, all sales of original paintings are final. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

We strongly encourage you to review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece prior to buying, reach out to us at cloudkentstudios@gmail.com — we're happy to share additional photos or details.

⚠️ Limited Edition Prints & Exclusive Drops — ALL SALES FINAL

Our limited edition prints and exclusive collection drops are produced in super limited quantities. Once they sell out, they are gone forever. Because of their exclusive nature, all sales on limited edition pieces are final. No returns, no exchanges.

This is not a mass-market store. Every item you purchase from Cloud Kent is a collectible, and we expect buyers to approach their purchase with that level of care and intention.

Fashion & Apparel — 30-Day Returns

For select fashion and apparel items (where noted in the product listing), we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return on an eligible item, email cloudkentstudios@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at cloudkentstudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right — replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds (Where Applicable)

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
